At Pilair, we want you to receive your Pilates accessories as smoothly and quickly as possible.


Processing Times

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll get an email with tracking details once your order is on its way.


Shipping Options

Domestic (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International

  • Shipping times vary by country (usually 7–21 business days)

  • Customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility


Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Pilair isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is missing or damaged, please contact the carrier and email us we’ll do our best to help.


Preorders & Backorders

Items listed as preorder or backorder will ship as soon as they become available. Estimated ship dates are shown on the product page.
